Thankful Forest Friends Autumn Card | A Work of Carte

Hello, stampers! Today’s share is an autumn card I made using the new Thankful Forest Friends stamp set, which I absolutely adore!

Thankful Forest Friends Gradient Coloring Technique

The gradient effect I used on the text can be achieved by coloring first with a lighter shade (I used Rich Razzleberry) on the top and then using a darker shade (Blackberry Bliss) for the bottom of the text. I totally stole this idea from the holiday catalog! Love the way it came out.

The hand-painted coordinating Into the Woods paper is lovely and the cotton ribbon has such a wonderful texture. The photo really doesn’t do this card justice.

Have you created something with the Thankful Forest Friends set? Comment below with a link to your blog! I’d love to see your work!
