We are 4 days away from being able to order new catalog goodies! Are you excited? I sure am! We’ve been counting down for a couple of days now but over the next 4 days, I’ll be showing you a whole bunch more projects that we got to see during OnStage this past April! Did you miss the last couple of posts? Check out Day 1 here and Day 2 here.
Also, do you need a catalog? Request your copy here.
Today we’ll be looking at two very “lovely” bundles: Lovely Friends, which will allow you to make popup cards and Lovely Inside & Out which is bold and sassy!
Lovely Friends Bundle
I really love the images from the Lovely Friends stamp set!
If you love large sentiments, this stamp set is the one for you! This set features two very large sentiments for the outside of your cards and sentiments for the inside as well! You’ll also get some 2 step flower stamps that you can cut out with the coordinating dies.
The dies also feature a label that you can stamp and cut in a number of ways to create a unique piece.
Additionally, there are some popup elements to the dies!
So you can create a popup laurel wreath and banner for the inside of your cards!
BEHOLD! The popup wreath in action!
Lovely Inside & Out Bundle
Love bold sentiments and images? The Lovely Inside & Out bundle might be your jam!
What I really love about this bundle is the die cut sentiments, which are available in English, French and German. These sentiments are cut in a shaped window so you can create peek-a-boo cards or shaker cards with these!
Here’s one example of a peekaboo card that you can make with the Lovely Inside & Out bundle:
Here’s a stepped up version of the peekaboo card:
Did you spot the new Touches of Nature Elements?
You If you don’t want to cut a hole in your card front, you can cut the sentiments from the shapes and use them as-is. You can also nest these dies with the Layering Ovals, Layering Circles and Sweet & Sassy Framelits and cut the sentiment in shapes to add to your card front.
Here’s what that looks like:
And, if you wanted to use a larger heart from the Sweet & Sassy Framelits collection, here’s what that would look like:
If you had to choose just one of these bundles, which one would you pick? Tell me in the comments below!
